Jonathan Larken adds Gold Racquets Championship to his trophy case by beating Chicago fellow Nick Spurling 3-0 last Monday. In the semi-finals, Larken beat Chicago fellow Alex “A Train” Mason and Spurling  beat  Bostonian Todd Meringoff.

Pro Singles Results from Tuxedo Park

James Stout beat Will Hopton today in the US Pro Singles in Tuxedo. To reach the finals, Stout beat Tuxedo pro Tim Chisholm and Hopton beat former World Champion Neil Smith. A total of ten pros participated.

US Amateur Racquets Championship, Philadelphia March 8th – 11th

There will be events happening over the entire US Amateur Weekend in Philadelphia.

Thursday, March 8th
Black Tie Stag Dinner in the Grille Room

Saturday, March 10th
Black Tie Dinner and Dancing at The Orpheus Club of Philadelphia. Cocktails will be poured at 7:30pm followed by a four-course meal served at 8:30pm. After dinner, guests will enjoy dancing the night away to the sounds of the Bill Handy Orchestra.
